WAIT NO MORE!
You can send in your registration form and we will wait until the actual festical to collect.
WHY?
Because a lot of us are struggling to financially right now and we want a great event for everyone. But you need to contact us and send your form now so we can hold a place for you and your goodies.
We are very excited about this years Winter Wonderland Festival and plan on having many amenities to make the experience a good one for all of our visitors & vendors.
- We expect to have 25+ vendors of hand-crafted holiday gifts and decor.
- “Regular” space rental is $25.00 per table with a limit of two per vendor. We will be providing some rather comfortable padded chairs. Booth sizes come in “Regular” and “Large” with the “Large” spaces being in about 30% larger, ample electric access and in one of our boutiques (rooms with 2-3 vendors).
- The tables are approx 72′ long x 30″ wide x 29″ high. You will need to provide a table covering, preferably one that covers the front open space to the floor. We don’t want to limit your creativity and highly recommend that your selection that shows off your work.
- The tables will be set up with space “on the back” for you and your gear, while the front area will be reserved primarily for customer traffic. If you have special space requirements like displays that require additional floor space, please contact us so we can determine the best way to accommodate your needs.
- We regrettably cannot allow anyone to hang any thing on the walls. We do welcome and encourage freestanding vertical displays for floor or table if that works for you and your creative works.
- We will be open 2:00 to 6:00 pm for set-up on Friday afternoon with the Wine & Cheese Preview party starting at 6:30 and running until 9:00. We open the following morning at 8:00 am to vendors and 10:00 to 4:00 for the publc. We will have staff to watch over everything during the night. We highly recommend being in place for the Friday night Preview party.
- All vendors will be listed on this website along with information about their bios and arts and crafts projects.
- Confirmed vendors will be eligible to have “author” status on this website to show and display their work along with the ability to add new posts and images. This will not expire and can be used by artists as a long term tool for self-promotion. This is being offered for free but comes with the caveat not to abuse the opportunity by marketing anything other than arts and crafts.
