Our mission is to feature artists & crafters displaying quality work in all mediums.
This event takes place at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Gwinnett, near Lawrenceville /Lilburn area in Gwinnett. We look forward to sharing the hospitality of our community and will have volunteers available to make your day here an enjoyable & profitable experience.
Our advertising efforts will be concentrated in local newspapers, community and online resources and. a year round website which artists can use to promote themselves before, during and after the event. Watch for festival updates on our website: http://winterwonderland.bkbdesign.net/
Booth sizes come in “Regular” and “Large” with the “Large” spaces being in about 30% larger, ample electric access and in one of our boutiques (rooms with 2-3 vendors).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- In order to provide the best experience for our visitors, we request that everyone maintain the highest level of courtesy and amiability. If there are difficulties, please feel free to let us know.
- Vendors should provide gift quality, professional grade arts & crafts type merchandise. Handmade original artwork in a variety of media is acceptable. Please, no “nearly designer” imports; no yard sale items, no live animals.
- Vendors are asked to arrive early and to staff their booth space for the full-published hours of the event. If you need temporary booth coverage, please ask for assistance. We ask that unstaffed booths be covered with a drop cloth to reduce any problems.
- Vendors are responsible protection of work and setup including table coverings/backdrops. UUCG and the Fundraising Committee will not be responsible for damage to work or set up.
- While vertical and free-standing displays are welcomed, large set-ups and those requiring electricity are best situated in a Large Booth Space. In no case will anyone be allowed to use the walls for display in any location although it is permissible to have tall free-standing displays.
- Prior to vendor departure from the venue area, your space should be returned to its original condition.
- Loud music, television, videotape and/or computer set-ups will not be permitted in any booth.
- Any vendor whose set up, merchandise or interactions causes repeated conflicts may be asked to leave. We want a pleasant experience for all participants.

Is it too late to submit an application? I paint and/or etch glassware. I also, create jewelry with semi-precious stones and precious metals. I would be most happy to send you pictures.
i cannot find the registration form?
I make soap and bathsalts and sell the soap in halfbatch blocks which makes the bars more affordable as well as single bars and would love to be a part of your show. Thank you!
