12/01/09 – We are completely full. We have 33 vendors filling all 36 spaces. We have a waiting list in case anyone drops out and it is full as well!

Thank you to everyone who applied -  we wish all of you a happy and successful holiday season!

We’ll be updating the vendor pages over the next few days with photos as applicable. If you mailed your photos in, we’ll have to get photos from the show to publish unless I can get the ol’ scanner working.

Thanks again and we’ll see all the signed artists and crafters in less than 2 weeks!

11/29/09 – IMPORTANT! If you have not heard from us by phone by Monday evening to confirm the final headcount and that you are planning to attend as a vendor – Call now! The phone number is in the emails you have exchanged with us! Do not delay – we will be filling the last available spaces within 48 hours.

11/28/09 – The Winter Wonderland Flyer is now available – print it out and share with your friends and family!

11/25/09 – We are down to only a a couple spaces left and we only have those becasue of cancellations.

11/11/09 – We have added tarot readings and chair massages for activities. I’m still checking on the bonfire prospects. We have the space but need to confirm enough volunteers to manage this.

11/07/09 – Just added some more of our artists to the Gallery – finally. I have some more to add but it is getting late so I will add them soon. – BB

10/26/09 – STOP the Presses! You no longer have to submit your booth fee with your application! Because so many people are struggling right now, we will wait until the show to collect the low booth fees.
